Chen Qi (artist) : ウィキペディア英語版 | Chen Qi (artist) Chen Qi (born 1956), is a Singaporean/Chinese artist, he was born in Shenyang in mainland China. Chen's nude painting was hailed by art critic Tan Tee Chie as "one of those with highest art value".
